All items are made in small batches. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Each piece is hand-finished. Variations in oxidation, texture, and surface details are inherent to the materials and craftsmanship. These variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update prices without notice. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

4. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues once the parcel has been shipped. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

5. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 3 days of delivery at contact@undefinedlabel.com Approved cases will receive a replacement.
