Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each piece is hand-finished, and natural variations in silver, oxidation, or surface texture are part of the character of the work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@undefinedlabel.com with your order number and clear photos. Approved cases will receive a replacement of the same item. We do not offer refunds for size issues, change of mind, or minor surface marks that occur naturally during production. All sales are final once an order is placed.
